Refunds, Returns and Shipping
In today’s online shopping market, I believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why I designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers.
Returns are gladly accepted.

Ship items back within: 20 days of delivery
Returns:
You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns will receive store credit once the item is in hand and has been inspected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item/items you are returning must be returned in the same manner as it was shipped, ie: rolled, boxed, flat envelope, etc. I DO NOT accept CLOSEOUT, discontinued, Flawed / discounted or 4"x6" pieces.
Custom cut pieces have a 25% restocking fee
STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED (UNDAMAGED) ITEMS.
Upon receiving your return it will be inspected. You will be notified that I have received your returned. At that time you will be sent a coupon for a store credit.
Damaged Items:
Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Item must be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please contact me that your item has been damage and you would like to return or exchange it. Once the item has been returned I will inspect the item for damages. You will be notified that the item has been received and that your return or exchange is on the way.
If you choose a refund it will be issued to the original method of payment or issue you a store credit, your choice.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
